AMC Talent is operated by AMC Consultants Global Music to present talent and event services, collect event requests, prepare quotes, coordinate booking details, and process AMC booking payments.
Platform terms
AMC Talent marketplace terms.
These platform terms explain the marketplace workflow. The specific quote and booking terms accepted for an event control that event’s scope, price, schedule, payment dates, changes, and cancellation provisions.
Requests are not bookings
A submitted request does not reserve a date or require AMC or a listed talent to accept an engagement. A booking is confirmed only under the acceptance and payment conditions stated in the approved quote.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate event, venue, schedule, contact, safety, and production information; review the final quote; meet payment deadlines; and communicate material changes promptly.
Payments, changes, and cancellations
Stripe processes checkout. Retainers, balances, refunds, rescheduling, overtime, travel, and cancellation rights are governed by the written event quote. Do not send payment outside the approved quote flow unless AMC issues written instructions.
Talent profiles
Profiles describe expected services and suitable event types but do not promise availability, a fixed price, or an exact set list. AMC may update profiles and recommend substitutes when appropriate.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false requests, misuse private quote links, interfere with the platform, impersonate another person, or attempt to alter payment amounts or access another user’s workspace.
