Event requests may include name, email, phone, event date and type, city or venue area, selected talent, and event details. Signed-in workspaces also use the authenticated account identifier and email provided by the platform.

How booking information is used.
AMC Talent collects the information needed to evaluate requests, communicate about events, prepare quotes, coordinate talent, and confirm payments.
Booking records
Approved quotes store the scope, terms, total, expiration, acceptance name and time, conversation, talent assignment email, and Stripe session confirmation. AMC does not receive or store your full card number through this site.
How information is used
AMC uses booking information to review availability, recommend services, create and administer quotes, coordinate with assigned talent, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain operational records.
Sharing
Relevant event details may be shared with the talent or service providers assigned to the event. Payment information is processed by Stripe under its own privacy practices. AMC does not promise to sell personal information as part of this booking workflow.
Choices and security
Use private quote links carefully, sign out on shared devices, and contact AMC to request correction of inaccurate booking information. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but the payment flow uses server-validated quotes and Stripe-hosted checkout.
Retention and updates
AMC may retain request, contract, payment, and communication records for operational, dispute, accounting, and legal needs. This notice may be updated as the service changes.
